Terms and Conditions for SMS and Email Communications

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering. By registering for a webinar hosted by Theresa Kemp, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements below and agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years of age to register for a webinar and to receive SMS or email communications from Theresa Kemp. By submitting your information, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to consent to these communications.

2. Program Description

Theresa Kemp is the sender of all SMS and email communications under this program. Messages relate to free home-buying and home-selling workshops, including:

• Non-marketing messages (if you check the first box): registration confirmations, webinar reminders, access instructions, schedule changes, and post-event follow-up.

• Marketing messages (if you check the second box): real estate tips, market updates, and invitations to future workshops.

3. Consent to Receive Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the applicable opt-in checkbox during registration, you consent to receive SMS messages from Theresa Kemp as described above. Both checkboxes are optional and unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition of registering or of purchasing any goods or services. SMS messages may be sent using automated technology.

4. How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS program at any time. Text STOP in reply to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will receive one confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further SMS messages from Theresa Kemp unless you opt in again through a registration form. To stop marketing emails, click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.

6. Message Frequency and Fees

Message frequency varies depending on webinar schedules and your interaction. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you and from you. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.

7. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to network availability, device compatibility, and carrier policies.

8. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect your first name, last name (if provided), phone number, and email address solely to send webinar communications and related updates. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. 9. Your Responsibilities

You confirm that the phone number and email address you provide belong to you, are accurate, and that you are authorized to receive communications at that contact information. If your contact information changes, please update it.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
